3D Secure on QuickPay

3D Secure is an additional layer of security for online payments required by the PSD2 directive. It’s easy to enable on Shoporama if you use QuickPay as your payment gateway.

How to enable 3D Secure

  1. Click " Integrations " in the menu on the left
  2. Click on Payment Gateways
  3. Click the pencil icon next to the payment method for which you want to enable 3D Secure
  4. In the Payment Methods field, type “3d-” at the beginning. For example, change “creditcard” to “3d-creditcard”
  5. Click Save

The "Payment Methods" field on the QuickPay gateway. By adding "3d-" to the beginning of each method—such as "3d-creditcard" or "3d-mobilepay"—you enable 3D Secure for those payments.

Remember to test

After you’ve changed the payment gateway settings, it’s a good idea to test that the payment flow still works correctly.
