Choose the pricing model that suits you

The Pro plan costs 1.400 DKK per month, excluding VAT. There are no transaction fees, app subscriptions, or setup fees. Only two items are billed separately: server-side tracking for 89 DKK per month, and newsletter distribution at 1 DKK per 100 emails. If you don’t use either of these, your bill will be the same every month.

The math is simple. Flex costs 5% of your revenue, so at around 28.000 DKK in monthly revenue, the two plans cost the same. If your revenue exceeds that amount, Pro is the most cost-effective option, and you’ll also get unlimited users, custom design, and phone support. Flex is for those who sell seasonally, run a nonprofit, or are just starting out and don’t want fixed costs.

There’s no charge for the Pro plan if you prepay for the first 3 months (4.200 DKK, excluding tax). This isn’t a fee—it’s the subscription you’d pay anyway, just earlier. We’ll then set up the store for you, migrate your existing online store, import products and categories, configure payment and shipping, and spend two hours with you at our office in Odense—or online if you’re far away. If you choose Flex, the package costs 4.995 DKK. The regular price is 10.000 DKK.

Yes. We'll move products, categories, and customers, and set up 301 redirects so you can maintain your Google rankings. This is part of the onboarding package, which is included with the Pro plan.

Of course. All you have to do is point your store to our IP address, and it will be hosted on your own domain. Please feel free to contact us, and we'll help you with that.

Yes, and we’d rather say it out loud than keep it to ourselves. Email hosting isn’t included because you should be able to choose freely between Google, Microsoft, or a Danish provider, and it typically costs 9 to 15 DKK per month. Server-side tracking costs 89 DKK per month, and newsletters cost 1 DKK per 100 emails. Everything else on the list above is included.

There aren't any. You pay for one month at a time, and if you no longer want to use Shoporama, you can simply close your account. You can transfer all your orders, products, and categories to another system. If you choose to prepay for 3 months to get free onboarding, that’s your choice, and after that, everything runs on a month-to-month basis again.
