The payment gateway you use on your online shop is certainly not irrelevant. Some of the things that are important are:
It must be stable - this means that it must also run during peak periods like Black Friday.
It must work on all devices - this means also on mobiles and tablets.
It must support Danish conditions (i.e. be in Danish, accept Dankort and MobilePay).
It should preferably be something Danes recognize.
