We take automatic backups every night. Backups are stored for 30 days and you can restore your online store from a previous backup at any time.

Can I export my customer data?

Yes, you can export all your data in standard formats like CSV and JSON at any time. This ensures full data portability.

How do you handle payment card data?

We never store payment card data directly. All payment handling is done through PCI certified payment gateways such as Quickpay, OnPay, MobilePay and other Danish payment solutions.

What happens if there is a data breach?

In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will inform all affected parties within 72 hours, as required by GDPR. We have extensive security measures in place to prevent this.
