Wish lists
Learn how your customers can create and share wishlists in your Shoporama online store.
Wishlists allow your customers to save products they are interested in and share the list with friends and family. Ideal for birthdays, Christmas, weddings and other occasions.
Activate wishlists
Wishlists are activated under Settings → Webshop. When enabled, your customers will be able to create and manage wish lists from their customer account.
Customer options
When a customer is logged in, they can:
- Create multiple wishlists - For example "Birthday wishes" and "Christmas wishes"
- Add products - From the product pages with desired quantity and optionally a comment
- Select variants - If the product has variants (size, color), select the desired one
- Manage the list - Change quantity, remove products or close the list
- Share wishlist - Each wishlist has a unique link that can be shared with others
Sharing wishlists
Each wishlist has a unique URL that the customer can share with friends and family. When someone opens the link, they see:
- Wish list name and description
- All products with images, quantity and any comments
- Buttons to add the products directly to the basket
The public view requires no login - anyone with the link can see the list and buy from it.
Status
The customer can set a wishlist to active or closed. Only active wishlists are visible via the public link.
