Set up Shipmondo integration

Shipmondo (formerly Pakkelabels.dk) is one of the most popular solutions for generating and printing parcel labels in Denmark. This guide shows you how to set up the integration between Shoporama and Shipmondo.

How the integration works

The integration works by Shipmondo automatically retrieving your orders from Shoporama every 15 minutes. The orders are created as drafts in Shipmondo, where you can generate and print packing labels.

Step 1: Create API access in Shoporama

  1. Log in to Shoporama and click on Settings (the cog)
  2. Click on the three dots to the right and select API
  3. Click the "Add access" button
  4. Give the access a name, e.g. "Shipmondo"
  5. Click Save
  6. Copy the token that appears - you will need it in the next step

Step 2: Set up the integration in Shipmondo

  1. Log in to app.shipmondo.com
  2. Go to Settings → Integration → Order integration
  3. Click "Create integration"
  4. Select the platform "Shoporama"
  5. Insert your token from step 1 in the "API username" field
  6. Enter the URL of your shop in the "API URL" field (e.g. https://dinshop.dk)
  7. Check the box "Enable integration"
  8. Click Save

Tip: Tip

Shipmondo automatically retrieves your new orders every 15 minutes. You can log in at any time and generate labels for the retrieved orders.

Daily use

When the integration is active, your daily workflow typically looks like this:

  1. New orders from Shoporama automatically appear as drafts in Shipmondo
  2. Select the orders you want to ship and generate packing labels
  3. Print labels and pack your orders
  4. Mark the orders as "shipped" in Shoporama - the customer automatically receives tracking info

Troubleshooting

  • Orders not picking up? - Check that the integration is enabled in Shipmondo and that the API token is correct
  • Wrong address? - Make sure customers fill in all address fields correctly in checkout
  • Missing tracking? - The tracking number is automatically sent back to Shoporama when you generate labels
