To make it easier to see pending actions in the order queue, we will show a number such as "Order queue (4)". This makes it easier to keep an eye on whether a transfer to e.g. e-conomic stalled and needs to be restarted, or if a capture call failed.

Option to use discount codes in the URL by adding ?voucher=bob. Works on all pages. Also works on discount codes not named bob.

In the future, you must check "Can be combined with promotions" on discount codes if they are to be combined with promotions. As a starting point, a discount code will trigger that you cannot use promotions in the basket.
