Added $product->getLowestPrice() which returns the lowest price of the product. Used if there are different prices for the variants and you want to show a "From" price.

Option to send order confirmations via SMS (requires a www.cpsms.dk account). Account settings are set up under settings for the shop. The SMS itself and whether it should be sent is set up under the individual shipping methods.
