System emails from Shoporama (e.g. operational information, invoice reminders and important messages) are sent to the main contact person in your shop.

Who receives system emails?

System emails are sent to the email address registered to the shop owner - that is, the user who originally created the shop.

Change recipient

To change who receives system emails:

  1. Click on your company name at the top of the admin
  2. Go to Users
  3. Edit the primary user
  4. Update the email address of the new recipient
  5. Click Save

Difference between system emails and order emails

  • System emails - from Shoporama to you (operational, invoice, notifications)
  • Order notifications - notification of new orders (configured under Settings → Notifications)
  • Customer emails - from your shop to customers (order confirmation, shipping, etc.)

Tip to remember

Make sure the primary email address is always up to date. Important messages about your shop will be sent here.
