  • Your name and webshop
  • Description of the problem
  • Your callback phone number

Notes: This service is only for critical situations where your webshop is down or has serious problems. For regular support, please use our normal support channels.

Remove a user from your shop

Guide to removing a user from your business in Shoporama admin.

You can remove users who should no longer have access to your shop admin. This could be a former employee or a business partner.

How to remove a user

  1. Go to Account → Company → Users in the menu
  2. Find the user you want to remove
  3. Click the Delete button next to the user
  4. Confirm the deletion

What happens when you remove a user?

When you remove a user:

  • The user loses all access to your shop admin
  • The user's actions and history are preserved (orders they have processed etc.)
  • The user cannot be restored: you need to create a new user if you want them to have access again

Please note

You cannot remove the primary owner of the shop. If you want to transfer ownership, please contact support@shoporama.dk.
