Remove a user from your shop
Guide to removing a user from your business in Shoporama admin.
You can remove users who should no longer have access to your shop admin. This could be a former employee or a business partner.
How to remove a user
- Click on your company name at the top of the admin
- Go to Users
- Find the user you want to remove
- Click the Delete button next to the user
- Confirm the deletion
What happens when you delete a user?
When you remove a user:
- The user loses all access to your shop admin
- The user's actions and history are preserved (orders they have processed etc.)
- The user cannot be restored - you need to create a new user if you want them to have access again
Please note
You cannot remove the primary owner of the shop. If you want to transfer ownership, please contact support@shoporama.dk.
