Create more users in your shop
Guide to creating multiple user logins for your Shoporama admin.
You can create multiple users in your Shoporama store so that colleagues, collaborators or a web designer can log in with their own login details.
To create a new user
- Click on your company name at the top of the admin
- Go to Users
- Click Create new user
- Fill in name, email and password
- Select the user's rights
- Click Save
User rights
You can assign different access levels to users:
- Administrator - full access to all functions
- Order manager - can view and manage orders
- Products - can create and edit products
- Limited - access to selected features only
Good practice
- Grant only the rights necessary for the user's role
- Create separate logins for each person - do not share a common login
- Remove users who no longer need access
Tip to keep in mind
Separate user accounts give you traceability - you can see who has made changes and handled orders.
