Create more users in your shop
Guide to creating multiple user logins for your Shoporama admin.
You can create multiple users in your Shoporama store so that colleagues, collaborators or a web designer can log in with their own login details.
To create a new user
- Go to Account in the left menu
- Select Company and click Users
- Click Create new user
- Fill in name, email and password
- Select the user's rights
- Click Save
User rights
You can assign two different rights to a user and you can combine them as you like:
- Administrator, full access to all functions in the shop
- Order Manager, can view and manage orders
If a user has neither Administrator nor Order Manager set, the user only has access to the areas you grant access to. You can further fine-tune access via security profiles under Account, Online shop, Security profiles.
Good practice
- Only grant the rights necessary for the user's role
- Create separate logins for each person, do not share a common login
- Remove users who no longer need access
Tip to keep in mind
Separate user accounts give you traceability, you can see who has made changes and handled orders.
