Shoporama has a Klaviyo integration that automatically syncs customer data, orders and products to Klaviyo for advanced email flows.

How to set up

  1. Create an account with Klaviyo
  2. Find your Private API Key in Klaviyo under Account → Settings → API Keys
  3. In Shoporama: go to Settings → Integrations → Klaviyo
  4. Paste your Klaviyo API key
  5. Click Save

What is synchronized?

  • Customers - new customers are automatically synced to Klaviyo
  • Orders - order data is sent to Klaviyo for segmentation and flows
  • Products - product data for use in recommendations and emails

Flows you can set up

With the Klaviyo integration, you can set up automatic email flows like:

  • Welcome flow - greeting new customers
  • Abandoned cart - reminder to customers who did not complete the purchase
  • Post-purchase - follow-up after purchase
  • Win-back - reactivation of inactive customers
