Shoporama Symposium 2026: Oplæg, netværk, og cowork i Odense

What's happening this year?

The format is a little different than in previous years. On Thursday, we’ll hold presentations in the conference room at Shoporama’s office in Odense, where we’ll cover the latest updates, a workshop, and exciting guest presentations. Friday is a classic coworking session in a meeting room at the same address, where you can sit and focus on your shop with us and the other participants right there with you.

New this year are four “shop owner to shop owner” sessions, each lasting 20 minutes. Here, participants will share concrete examples or tips to make everyday life easier. The four speakers haven’t been finalized yet, but we’ll reveal the details soon.

Friday: Coworking

On Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, there will be a coworking session in a meeting room at the same address. This is a great opportunity to tackle your to-do list, get started on a project you’ve been putting off, or brainstorm with us and the other participants about your specific shop. The coworking session is completely free, but there are only 9 spots available, so it’s first come, first served.

Registration is required for both days. To register, send an email to mbn@shoporama.dk. Please indicate whether you’ll be attending on Thursday, Friday, or both days.

The registration deadline is July 27, 2026. We need at least 15 participants for the symposium to take place, so please don’t hesitate to register. We look forward to seeing you in Odense.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I just attend one of the days?

Yes. You can register for Thursday, Friday, or both days. Thursday is the keynote session day in the conference room, followed by a barbecue and rosé on the rooftop terrace in the evening, and Friday is a coworking day from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please indicate which days you’d like to attend in your registration.

How much does it cost, and is VAT included in the price?

Thursday costs 750 DKK, excluding VAT, and includes meals. Friday’s coworking day is completely free. The amount is non-refundable and will be charged to your Shoporama account when you register.

What’s included in the price for Thursday?

The price of 750 kr. (excl. VAT) covers meals all day Thursday, the presentations in the conference room, and a barbecue with rosé on the rooftop terrace in the evening from 6:15 PM to 8:00 PM. This means you won’t have to pay extra for food or the evening event.

Can you accommodate my vegetarian or gluten-free diet?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate special dietary needs for the symposium. If you have specific dietary requirements, we recommend that you bring your own food to ensure you’re covered for the entire day.

How do I register, and when is the deadline?

To register, email mbn@shoporama.dk and indicate whether you’ll be attending on Thursday, Friday, or both days. The registration deadline is July 27, 2026, and registration is binding.

What happens if there aren’t enough participants?

The symposium will only take place if there are at least 15 participants. If there are fewer than that, we’ll cancel the event, and you won’t be charged anything, of course.

How do I get there, and is there parking?

The symposium will be held at Kochsgade 31D, 5000 Odense C. There is free parking on site, and if you’re coming by train, it’s only about a 10-minute walk from Odense Train Station.

What are the “shop owner to shop owner” presentations, and can I give one myself?

These are four short, 20-minute mini-presentations where online store owners share their experiences with one another. The presentations aren’t quite finalized yet, but they’ll be announced soon. If you’d like to give a short presentation yourself, please email mbn@shoporama.dk.
