View emails sent to a customer from your shop
Guide to see which emails a customer has received in connection with an order.
You can view a log of all emails Shoporama has sent from your store and filter by recipient (customer) or order. This is useful for troubleshooting if a customer hasn't received an order confirmation or shipping notification.
How to find emails sent to a customer
- Go to Account → Web Store → Sent Emails (URL: /mail/list)
- Use the search field to search by the customer’s email address, sender, or subject
- Click on an email to view the sent content
You can also open a specific order in Orders and from there follow the link to the emails sent for that order. The list applies to the entire store and is not a separate section on the individual customer profile.

What is displayed?
For each email, you can see:
- The date and time the email was sent
- Sender: the email address from which the email was sent
- Recipient: the email address it was sent to
- Subject: the email’s subject line

Customer didn’t receive an email?
If a customer hasn’t received an email:
- Search for the customer’s email address in Sent Emails. If the email appears on the list, it was sent from Shoporama
- Ask the customer to check their spam/junk mail folder
- You can always resend the order confirmation from the order page
