Notes: This service is only for critical situations where your webshop is down or has serious problems. For regular support, please use our normal support channels.

View emails sent to a customer from your shop

Guide to see which emails a customer has received in connection with an order.

You can see an overview of all emails Shoporama has sent to a specific customer. This is useful for troubleshooting if a customer hasn't received an order confirmation or shipping email.

To view your customer's emails

  1. Go to Customers in your admin
  2. Find the customer and click on their name
  3. Under Mails you will see a list of all sent mails

What is shown?

For each email you can see:

  • Date and time - when the email was sent
  • Mail type - e.g. order confirmation, shipment, newsletter
  • Subject - the subject line of the email
  • Status - whether the email was delivered

To see an overview of all emails sent from your shop (not just to one customer), see See which emails Shoporama has sent.

Customer has not received an email?

If a customer has not received an email:

  • Check if the email appears in the list - if so, it was sent from Shoporama
  • Ask the customer to check the spam/junk mail folder
  • You can always resend the order confirmation from the order page
