View emails sent to a customer from your shop
Guide to see which emails a customer has received in connection with an order.
You can view a log of all emails Shoporama has sent from your shop and filter by recipient (customer) or order. This is useful for troubleshooting if a customer has not received an order confirmation or shipping email.
To find emails sent to a customer
- Go to Account → Online Shop → Sent mails (URL: /mail/list)
- Use the search field to search by customer email address or name
- Click on an email to view sent content
You can also open a specific order in Orders and from there follow the link to the emails sent on that order. The list is global for the entire shop and is not a separate section on the individual customer profile.
What is displayed?
For each email you can see:
- Date and time when the email was sent
- Type of email, e.g. order confirmation, shipment, newsletter
- Recipient, which email address it was sent to
- Subject, the subject line of the email

Customer has not received an email?
If a customer has not received an email:
- Search for the customer's email address in Sent emails. If the email is on the list, it was sent from Shoporama
- Ask the customer to check the spam/junk mail folder
- You can always resend the order confirmation from the order page
