  • Your name and webshop
  • Description of the problem
  • Your callback phone number

Notes: This service is only for critical situations where your webshop is down or has serious problems. For regular support, please use our normal support channels.

Get started

  1. Create an API key in Shoporama admin under Settings → API
  2. Use the key in the Authorization header of your API calls
  3. See the REST API guide for an overview of all available resources and examples

What can you do with the API?

  • Products - Create, update and retrieve products with variants, images and prices
  • Orders - Retrieve and update orders, create shipping labels
  • Categories - Manage the category hierarchy
  • Customers - Retrieve and update customer data
  • Inventory - Update inventory and postings
  • Newsletter - Manage lists, subscribers and campaigns
  • Theme files - Read and write files in your themes programmatically
  • Webhooks - Receive notifications when data changes
