You can manually send product recommendation emails to customers who have purchased certain products. It's an effective way to increase repeat purchases.

How to send a product recommendation email

  1. Go to Marketing → Product recommendations
  2. Select the products you want to recommend
  3. Select the target audience (e.g. customers who have purchased a specific product)
  4. Write a personal message (optional)
  5. Click Send

Target groups

You can target the recommendation to:

  • All customers - send to your entire customer base
  • Product buyers - customers who have purchased a specific product
  • Category buyers - customers who have bought in a specific category

Tips for effective recommendations

  • Recommend related products - accessories, follow-up products, etc.
  • Time it right - send the recommendation a few weeks after the purchase
  • Include a discount code to increase conversion
