Notes: This service is only for critical situations where your webshop is down or has serious problems. For regular support, please use our normal support channels.

Change payment card for your subscription

Guide to changing the payment card you use to pay for your Shoporama subscription.

You can change the payment card used to pay your Shoporama subscription directly in the admin.

How to switch cards

  1. Click the cog in the top right corner of your admin
  2. Go to Subscription
  3. Click Change card
  4. Enter the details of the new payment card
  5. Confirm - the new card will now be used for subscription payments

When should you change cards?

  • Card expires - switch before the expiration date to avoid interruption
  • New card - if you have a new card from your bank
  • Other company - if another company will be paying the subscription

Please note

If your card is declined, Shoporama will try to charge the payment again. Change your card as soon as possible to avoid your shop being shut down.
