Change payment card for your subscription
Guide to changing the payment card you use to pay for your Shoporama subscription.
You can change the payment card used to pay your Shoporama subscription directly in the admin.
How to change cards
- Go to Account → Company → Payment card (URL: /company/billing)
- Click Change card (or Add card if there is no card already registered)
- Enter the details of the new payment card
- Confirm that the new card will be used for subscription payments in the future
When should you change cards?
- Card expires, change before the expiration date to avoid interruption
- New card if you have a new card from your bank
- Other company if another company will be paying the subscription
Please note
If your card is declined, Shoporama will try to charge the payment again. Change your card as soon as possible to avoid your shop being shut down.
