Shipmondo gathers your freight on one platform
Shipmondo (formerly Pakkelabels.dk) is one of the most used shipping platforms in Denmark. Instead of having separate agreements and separate systems for each shipping company, Shipmondo brings them all together in one platform: GLS, PostNord, DAO, Bring, DHL and a number of others. A webshop with Shipmondo means you can compare prices, choose the best carrier per package and print labels all in one place without switching between multiple systems.
Shoporama has an official integration with Shipmondo, maintained by Shipmondo itself. This means that the integration is stable, regularly updated, and used by many Shoporama stores today.
How the Shipmondo integration works
The integration is pull-based: Shipmondo pulls orders from your Shoporama store at regular intervals.
- You create an API access in the Shoporama admin and copy the token
- In Shipmondo, you create an order integration with the Shoporama platform and paste the token
- Shipmondo automatically fetches new orders from Shoporama every 15 minutes
- The orders appear as drafts in Shipmondo, ready for label printing
- You choose the carrier and product, generate the label and send the package
- The tracking number is automatically sent back to Shoporama and saved on the order
You have a single view of all your parcels in Shipmondo, and the customer gets tracking info via Shoporama without any extra setup.
What do you get as a store owner?
- Multi-carrier in one interface. Compare prices across GLS, PostNord, DAO, Bring and others. Choose the cheapest or fastest carrier per package.
- Automatic order import. Every 15 minutes Shipmondo fetches new orders from Shoporama. You don't need to tap anything.
- Weight transfer. The weight of your products is transferred to Shipmondo so they are booked with the correct shipping category.
- Tracking is sent back to Shoporama. When the label is printed, the tracking number is automatically returned to the order in Shoporama and the customer receives an email notification.
- Returns in the same platform. Generate return labels for different carriers in one unified flow without logging in separately.
- Volume discounts. Shipmondo often negotiates shipping rates better than small webshops can on their own. This can mean lower shipping costs per package.
- Parcel shop selector on your shop. You can still offer parcel pickers on your Shoporama store if you have Shoporama's direct shipping integrations enabled side by side. Many people combine it this way.
How to get started
- Create a free account with Shipmondo if you don't have one.
- In the Shoporama admin: go to Settings and API. Create a new API account named Shipmondo and copy the token.
- In Shipmondo: go to Settings, Integration and Order integration. Select the Shoporama platform, paste the token and your shop URL.
- Activate the integration. Within 15 minutes, Shipmondo will pick up your first orders.
- (Optional) Enable Send T&T to shop so Shipmondo automatically returns tracking numbers to Shoporama.

Shipmondo or direct integration?
It depends on your setup:
- Choose Shipmondo if you ship with multiple carriers, want to compare prices per package, or prefer one place for your entire shipment.
- Choose direct integration if you only ship with one carrier and want to minimize the number of systems (read our pages on webshops with GLS and webshops with PostNord).
Many shops grow from direct integration to Shipmondo as the number of parcels per day increases and the need for comparison grows.
Frequently asked questions about Shipmondo in the webshop
How long does it take to get Shipmondo live?
If you already have a Shipmondo account and shipping agreements in place, you can have the integration live in 10 to 30 minutes. If you need to create a Shipmondo account and negotiate shipping agreements, it can take 1 to 7 business days.
Can I still offer parcel shop selector to the customer?
Yes, but parcel pickers work via Shoporama's direct shipping integrations (e.g. GLS, PostNord). You can have direct integration for parcel shop selector + Shipmondo for label printing. Ask our support if you want to set up the hybrid.
What happens if Shipmondo is down?
Your online shop will continue as normal. When Shipmondo is back online, it will simply pick up the orders that have been placed in the meantime. You will not lose any data.
Can I print international labels via Shipmondo?
Yes, you can. Shipmondo supports international shipping via multiple carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, PostNord, etc.). Customs information is filled in based on your products' item codes and country of origin.
How does Shipmondo handle returns?
Shipmondo has return flows for all the carriers that support it. You can generate return labels either to include in the package or send to the customer separately.
Can I change the carrier after the order has come in?
Yes, you can. In the Shipmondo platform, you can freely choose the carrier and product before generating the label. This is one of the advantages of Shipmondo: the customer chooses the delivery time or delivery point and you choose the carrier that best meets their needs.
What does Shipmondo itself cost?
Shipmondo has a pay-as-you-go model with no fixed monthly fees. You typically pay a small fee per label created through their platform. See current prices on the Shipmondo pricing page.
Can I use my own shipping agreements in Shipmondo?
Yes, you can. If you already have good agreements with, for example, GLS or PostNord, you can enter them in Shipmondo. Alternatively, you can use Shipmondo's negotiated prices, which are often competitive for small and medium-sized shops.
Will the weight and address be transferred correctly?
Yes, they are. Product weight and shipping address are automatically transferred from Shoporama to Shipmondo. If the address is incomplete, Shipmondo can flag it so you can correct it before printing.
