Additional fees for MobilePay and Fraudfighter
Explanation of additional fees for MobilePay, Fraudfighter and other add-on services.
When using MobilePay or Fraudfighter through your payment gateway, additional transaction fees may apply on top of the regular card fees.
MobilePay fees
MobilePay typically charges a fee per transaction. This fee is settled directly by MobilePay/Vipps and is independent of Shoporama. You can find the current prices on the MobilePay website.
The fee is in addition to the fee charged by your payment gateway (e.g. QuickPay or Bambora).
Fraudfighter
Fraudfighter is a fraud protection that analyzes transactions to prevent fraud. The fee is charged per transaction and depends on your agreement with the payment gateway.
- QuickPay - Fraudfighter is an option. The price is stated in your QuickPay agreement.
- Bambora/ePay - Fraudfighter can be included or optional
Total fee overview
A typical transaction with MobilePay and Fraudfighter may have these fees:
- Transaction fee - from your payment gateway (e.g. QuickPay)
- MobilePay fee - from MobilePay/Vipps
- Fraudfighter fee - from your payment gateway (if enabled)
- Acquirer fee - from your acquirer (e.g. Clearhaus)

Contact your payment gateway for an accurate overview of fees. Shoporama does not charge transaction fees itself - all fees are settled directly with your gateway and acquirer.
