See the number sold of a product

Guide to see how many units you have sold of a specific product in Shoporama.

You can see how many units you have sold of each product directly in the Shoporama admin. This gives you a quick overview of your bestsellers.

How to see the number sold

  1. Go to Products in your admin
  2. Click on column settings (gear icon above the list)
  3. Activate the Sold column
  4. Now you see the number sold for each product in the product list

Sort by most sold

Click on the Sold column header to sort the product list by number sold. Click again to toggle between ascending and descending order.

Export sales data

For more detailed sales statistics you can:

  • Export products as CSV - includes number sold per product
  • Export orders - for detailed revenue per product over a period of time
  • View revenue - the front page of the admin shows your total revenue

Tip to keep in mind

Number sold is counted from orders with status "completed". Canceled orders are not counted.
