Uniconta
Uniconta is a Danish accounting and ERP system. It is used for bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, and can be expanded to include, among other things, orders, purchasing, and inventory.
What is Uniconta?
Uniconta is an accounting program that can also be used as an ERP system. You access it through Uniconta’s web client. Many features can be enabled as needed, such as sales orders, shipping addresses, and inventory management, and many companies get help from a Uniconta reseller with the setup.
Sales Order, Customer, and Invoice
In Uniconta, a customer is a customer account with an account number. A sales order is an order placed by a customer that has not yet been invoiced. When you invoice the sales order, it becomes an invoice, and the sale is posted to the books.
Uniconta and Shoporama
With Shoporama’s free Uniconta app, your online store orders become sales orders in Uniconta, with the customer as the customer account and including item lines, discounts, and shipping. You invoice the sales order yourself in Uniconta. The app is free in Shoporama, but API access may incur additional costs with Uniconta. Read how to set it up in “Set Up Uniconta Integration,” or see “Online Store with Uniconta.”
