How do I change company information
Guide to changing company name, address and other business information in Shoporama.

You can easily change your company name, address, VAT number and other business information in Shoporama. This information is used on invoices, in the footer and elsewhere in your shop.
How to change company information
- Click the gear in the top right corner of your admin
- Go to Company details
- Edit the fields you want to change
- Click Save
Fields you can edit
- Company name - your official business name
- Address - street, postal code and city
- Business ID - displayed on invoices and in the footer
- Phone - contact phone for your business
- Email - contact email displayed in the shop
- Bank account - used for invoice payments
Where is the information displayed?
Your company information is used in several places:
- Footer - in your shop's bottom bar (depending on theme)
- Invoices - on all order invoices
- Mails - in transactional emails to customers
- Legal - in terms and conditions and cookie info
Important to note
Make sure your company information is always up to date. Incorrect information on invoices can cause problems with bookkeeping and customer inquiries.
