  • Description of the problem
  • Your callback phone number

Notes: This service is only for critical situations where your webshop is down or has serious problems. For regular support, please use our normal support channels.

Find your invoice from Shoporama

Guide to finding and downloading your invoices from Shoporama.

Your invoice from Shoporama for your subscription can be found directly in the admin. The invoice contains all the information for bookkeeping.

How to find your invoice

  1. Go to Account in the left menu
  2. Select Company and click Invoices
  3. Here you can see your invoices with date, amount and status
  4. Click on an invoice to open it as a PDF

What does the invoice show?

  • Subscription type, Flex or Pro
  • Period, which period the invoice covers
  • Amount, incl. and excl. VAT
  • Revenue if any, on the Flex subscription your revenue is shown

Bookkeeping

The invoice can be downloaded as a PDF and used directly in your accounting. Shoporama's CVR number and other information appears on the invoice.

A tip

If you need to change your payment card, you can do so under Account, Company, Payment card.
