Get a copy of your shop
Information about options for getting a copy of your Shoporama online shop to another country, for example.

If you want to expand into new markets, such as Sweden or Norway, it can be useful to get a copy of your existing shop. Here we go through what can be copied and what requires manual work.
What can be copied?

How to copy your theme
- Download your theme via SFTP from your existing shop
- Upload it to your new shop via SFTP
- Activate the theme under Settings → Themes
Please note
Check the license terms for your theme. Some themes are only licensed for use on one shop and you may need an additional license for the new one.
To copy products and categories
- Go to Products in your existing shop
- Click Export and select JSON format
- Download the file - do not change the file
- Go to Products → Import in your new shop
- Upload the JSON file
With JSON import, categories and profiles are automatically included, saving you a lot of manual work.
The manual work
You need to create the following manually in the new shop:
- Landing pages - recreate them with the relevant content
- Static pages - copy the text from your existing shop
- Menus - create new menus with the correct links
- Theme settings - set up colors, logos, HTML fields, etc.
