You can view a log of all emails Shoporama has sent from your shop - order confirmations, shipping emails, newsletters and other transactional emails.

How to view the mail log

  1. Go to Marketing → Mails in your admin
  2. Here you will see a list of all sent emails
  3. You can filter by date, type and recipient

What is shown in the log?

  • Date and time - when the email was sent
  • Recipient - who the email was sent to
  • Subject - the subject line of the email
  • Type - order confirmation, shipping, newsletter, etc.

Troubleshooting

If a customer says they haven't received an email:

  1. Check the mail log - has the email been sent?
  2. If yes, ask the customer to check spam/junk mail
  3. You can also resend the order confirmation
