How do you reset cache?

Guide to resetting the cache on your Shoporama online store so that changes take effect immediately.

Shoporama caches your online store to make it lightning fast. This means that changes to products, categories and pages don't always take effect immediately.

Method 1: Reset via Settings

  1. Click on the gear in the top right corner
  2. Click Orders on the left side
  3. Scroll down to the bottom and click Save and reset cache

Method 2: Quick reset

Click View Online Store in the top right corner of the Shoporama admin. This opens your shop with a token that automatically resets the cache.

Tip: Cache

The cache is built automatically at regular intervals. In most cases, you don't need to reset manually - changes usually take effect within a short time.
