  • Your name and webshop
  • Description of the problem
  • Your callback phone number

Notes: This service is only for critical situations where your webshop is down or has serious problems. For regular support, please use our normal support channels.

PostNord tracking and parcel labels

With the PostNord integration in Shoporama, you can create parcel labels and send tracking links to your customers directly from the administration.

Activate PostNord integration

The PostNord integration is activated under Settings > Shipping > PostNord. You must have an agreement with PostNord and the necessary API keys to use the integration.

Print parcel labels

You can print parcel labels directly from the order list or from the details of a single order. See the article Print PostNord parcel labels from Shoporama for a detailed guide.

Tracking link to the customer

When you create a parcel label, the tracking number is automatically saved on the order. The customer receives the tracking link in the order status email so they can follow the package at PostNord.

Troubleshooting

  • Tracking link not working - It can take up to a few hours for PostNord to register the package in their system. The link will work once the package is scanned.
  • Transfer error - Check that the customer's address information is correct (postal code, country) and that your PostNord agreement covers the shipment type.
  • Incorrect tracking number - If a tracking number is incorrect, you can edit it manually in the order details.
  • Package label cannot be created - Check that you have the correct API keys and that your PostNord agreement is active.

Notification

PostNord can send automatic notifications to the customer via SMS or email. This feature is controlled by PostNord and is set up in your PostNord agreement.
