  • Your name and webshop
  • Description of the problem

Notes: This service is only for critical situations where your webshop is down or has serious problems. For regular support, please use our normal support channels.

Show prices incl. VAT in the backend

Learn how to switch to showing product prices including VAT in the Shoporama admin panel.

By default, product prices are shown excluding VAT in the Shoporama admin. You can easily switch to VAT included.

Here's how to do it

  1. Go to Account → Online Shop → General
  2. Check "Prices of products in admin are incl. VAT"
  3. Click Save

All product prices in admin will then be displayed including VAT. The setting only affects the display in admin, not what the customer sees in the shop.
