Guide to export a list of customers who have purchased a specific product and send them an email.

You can export a list of customers who have purchased a specific product. This is useful for targeted communication, product updates or recalls.
Method 1: Export as CSV
- Go to Orders in your admin
- Use the search bar to find orders that contain the product in question
- Click Export to download a CSV file with all matching orders
- In the CSV file you will find customer names, email addresses and order data
Method 2: Send directly
You can also send an email directly to buyers of a product from the product page without exporting first.
Use in email marketing
The exported CSV file can be imported in:
- Klaviyo - integrated with Shoporama
- Heysender - integrated with Shoporama
- Mailchimp and other newsletter services
