Export sales data from the product overview

Export Sales Data

You can export a CSV file containing sales data for your products within a specific time period. This is useful for analyzing which products sell best or for sharing sales statistics with suppliers.

The product overview shows each product’s sales in the “Sold” column. You can export this data to a CSV file with a date range under “Import/Export.”

Here’s how

  1. Go to Products in the admin panel.
  2. Click Import/Export in the left-hand menu, and select Sales Data with Date Range.
  3. Select the From Date and To Date for the period you want to export.
  4. Click Generate Export.
  5. The file is generated in the background. You’ll see a loading page while it’s being generated.
  6. When the file is ready, the message "Your export is ready!" will appear along with the Download CSV File button; click this button to download the file.

Good to Know

  • The file is generated in the background and may take up to a few minutes for large catalogs.
  • The downloaded file is named sales-data-YYYY-MM-DD.csv.
  • Both dates (from and to) must be specified.
