  • Your name and webshop
  • Description of the problem
  • Your callback phone number

Notes: This service is only for critical situations where your webshop is down or has serious problems. For regular support, please use our normal support channels.

Set currency in your shop

Guide to setting currency (DKK, EUR, NOK, etc.) in your Shoporama online store.

You set your shop's currency in the general settings. The currency determines which currency is used in your shop.

How to change currency

  1. Click the cogwheel in the top right corner of your admin
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Under Currency, select your desired currency
  4. Click Save

Multiple currencies

You can enable multiple currencies so customers can see prices in their preferred currency. The rates are updated automatically.

Important to know

  • Prices are entered in your main currency - other currencies are calculated automatically
  • Orders are recorded in the customer's chosen currency
  • Payment gateway - your gateway must support the currencies you enable

Please note that

Changing currency does not affect existing orders. Only new orders will use the new currency.
