  • Description of the problem

Notes: This service is only for critical situations where your webshop is down or has serious problems. For regular support, please use our normal support channels.

Cancel your Shoporama subscription

Guide to canceling your Shoporama subscription and closing your online store.

If you want to cancel your Shoporama subscription, you can do so directly in the admin. We recommend backing up your data first.

Before you cancel

Make sure to:

  1. Backup - export your data (products, orders, customers)
  2. Download the theme - if you have made customizations, download your theme via SFTP
  3. Transfer your domain - if you want to use the domain elsewhere, point it away from Shoporama
  4. Cancel integrations - Shipmondo, E-conomic, Klaviyo, etc.

How to cancel

  1. Click the cog in the top right corner of your admin
  2. Go to Subscription
  3. Click Cancel subscription
  4. Confirm the cancellation

What happens after cancellation?

  • Your shop will remain active until the end of the paid period
  • After that, the shop will be closed and no longer available
  • Your data will be deleted after a period of time

Important information

Termination is permanent. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Always make a backup before you cancel.
