Send an SMS with the following information:

  • Your name and webshop
  • Description of the problem
  • Your callback phone number

Notes: This service is only for critical situations where your webshop is down or has serious problems. For regular support, please use our normal support channels.

Resend the order confirmation

Guide to resend the order confirmation to a customer in Shoporama.

Has a customer not received the order confirmation or do you need to resend it? You can do this directly from the order in Shoporama admin.

How to resend the order confirmation

  1. Go to Orders in the menu
  2. Click "Edit" next to the order you want to resend the confirmation for
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the order page
  4. Check the "Resend order confirmation" checkbox
  5. Click Save

The order confirmation will then be sent to the customer's email address as registered on the order.

Change the recipient's email

If the customer has entered an incorrect email, you can correct it on the order before sending. Correct the Email field on the order and click Save - the confirmation will be sent to the new address.

You can view all emails Shoporama has sent to a customer under Customers → Edit customer → Mails. See also the article View emails sent to a customer.
