One system for online and offline sales

Do you run both a webshop and a physical store? Then you probably know the challenge: two systems, two inventories, two places to keep track of orders. Shoporama POS takes that headache away. It's a complete POS system that runs directly in your browser and shares everything with your online store - products, stock, customers and orders. When you sell an item over the counter, the stock is immediately updated in the webshop. No double registration, no manual synchronization.

Ready in under a minute

No hardware installation or setup required. Open shoporama.dk/pos in a browser, log in with your Shoporama account, select your webshop - and you're ready to sell. POS works on anything with a browser: laptop, tablet, iPad or smartphone. Use a tablet as a POS terminal in-store or take it to a market. It's up to you.

Search, scan and sell

Find products by searching by name, item number or barcode - results pop up in real-time as you type. Got a barcode? Press F8 (or press the scan button), point the camera at the barcode and the product is automatically added to your cart. No external scanner needed - your camera does it.

Products with variants (e.g. size or color) show a selector before they are added to the basket. You always see stock status and price directly in the product overview.

Intelligent product display

POS gets to know your habits. When you've created three or more orders, the system automatically displays your most sold and recently sold products at the top. This means that the items you sell most often over the counter are always one click away - without you having to search.

Cart and checkout

The basket is displayed on the right side of the screen and is continuously updated. You can adjust quantities, remove items or empty the basket completely. When you're ready, press Complete order (or F9) and land in the checkout where you can:

• Add customer information - email and phone number (optional)
• Apply discount - as a fixed amount or percentage, with real-time updating of the total
• Send invoice - order confirmation directly to the customer's email
• Add an internal note - for yourself or your employees

The order is created directly in Shoporama and automatically tagged with a POS label, so you can easily distinguish between store orders and webshop orders.

Build your customer database from the store

Every time you sell an item in-store, you have the opportunity to expand your customer database. Enter the customer's email at checkout and you can:

• Add the customer to the customer club - the customer gets access to order history, reorder and loyalty points in your online store. A welcome email with login is automatically sent
• Subscribe to newsletter - the customer is added to your newsletter list so you can send offers and news

If the customer's email is already in the system, the order is automatically linked to the existing customer account. This means that the customer's in-store and online purchases are gathered in one place - giving you a complete picture of customer behavior.

Order history and overview

Press F7 to view today's orders. You can search by order number or email, mark orders as paid or cancel them. At the top of the screen you'll always see a counter with the number of orders for the day, so you can keep your finger on the pulse.

Keyboard shortcuts for fast operation

POS is designed for efficiency. With keyboard shortcuts, you can operate the system without taking your hands off the keyboard:

• F7 - Open order history
• F8 - Start barcode scanner
• F9 - Open checkout
• ESC - Close all windows

Works on all devices

POS is fully responsive and adapts to the screen size. On desktop, you have products on the left side and basket on the right. On tablet and mobile, the basket slides in from the side and the buttons are optimized for touch. You can literally use your phone as a POS terminal - but a tablet provides the best in-store experience.

Terminal settings

In the settings you configure your POS terminal:

• Country - select delivery country (affects VAT and shipping options)
• Shipping method - default shipping method for store orders
• Payment method - choose between MobilePay, card, cash, invoice, etc.

Real-time inventory

When you sell an item via POS, it is immediately pulled from stock - also in the webshop. This prevents overselling and ensures that your online customers always see the real stock status. No manual synchronization, no delays.

No extra costs

POS is included in your Shoporama solution at no extra cost. There are no monthly surcharges, no per-transaction fees and no commitment. You log in and start selling.
