Export orders as CSV

Guide to exporting order data as CSV from Shoporama, with the option to filter by order number or date range.

You can export your orders as a CSV file for use in spreadsheets, accounting software, or other systems. The export includes all order details, including customer information, products, prices, and shipping information.

Export Orders

  1. Go to Orders > Order Export
  2. Select export method:
    • By order number – Specify the starting and ending order numbers
    • By date – Select a date range
  3. Click Download CSV

If there are many orders, the export may take a moment. The system displays a progress bar while the file is being generated.

Order export in Shoporama Admin. You can filter the export by start and end order numbers or by a date range and download the results as a CSV, environmental data, or an anonymous file.

Fields in the export

The CSV file includes, among other things:

  • Order data – Order number, status, date, invoice number
  • Prices – Price excl. tax, total price, tax, shipping cost
  • Customer – Email, phone, customer fields
  • Billing address – Name, company, address, ZIP code, city, country
  • Shipping address – Same format as billing address
  • Payment – Payment method, transaction ID, card type
  • Shipping – Shipping method, discount code, promotional discount
  • Labels – Any order labels
  • Markup – Profit calculation (if cost price is set)

Environmental Data Export

There is also a separate export for environmental data, which contains product packaging information (paper, plastic, metal, glass, wood), WEEE category, battery information, and EPR registration numbers. This export is relevant for companies that are required to report environmental data.
