Export orders as CSV

Guide to exporting order data as CSV from Shoporama, with the option to filter by order number or date range.

You can export your orders as a CSV file for use in spreadsheets, accounting programs or other systems. The export contains all order details including customer information, products, prices and shipping info.

Export orders

  1. Go to Orders > Export
  2. Select export method:
    • By order number - Specify from and to order number
    • By date - Select a date range
  3. Click Download CSV

For many orders, the export may take a few moments. The system displays a status bar while the file is being generated.

Fields in the export

The CSV file contains i.a:

  • Order data - Order number, status, date, invoice number
  • Prices - Price excl. VAT, total price, VAT, shipping cost
  • Customer - Email, phone, customer fields
  • Billing address - Name, company, address, postal code, city, country
  • Shipping address - Same format as billing address
  • Payment - Payment method, transaction ID, card type
  • Shipping - Shipping method, discount code, promotional discount
  • Labels - Order labels, if any
  • Profit - Profit calculation (if cost price is set)

Environmental data export

There is also a separate export for environmental data, which contains product packaging information (paper, plastic, metal, glass, wood), WEEE category, battery information and EPR registration numbers. This export is relevant for companies that need to report environmental data.
