GLS error: No free function server

Explanation of the GLS 'No free function server' error - what it means and what you can do.

The "No free function server" error comes from GLS and means that their server is overloaded and cannot process your request right now.

What can you do about it?

  • Wait and try again - The error is temporary and is due to capacity issues at GLS. Please try again after 5-10 minutes.
  • Check GLS operational status - If the error continues for a longer period of time, there may be a major disruption at GLS.
  • Contact GLS IT - If the problem persists, contact GLS IT on tel. +45 76 33 12 35.

Tip: Tip

The error does not affect your orders. They are still in the queue and can be transferred as soon as GLS' server is available again.
