  • Your name and webshop
  • Description of the problem
  • Your callback phone number

Notes: This service is only for critical situations where your webshop is down or has serious problems. For regular support, please use our normal support channels.

When you start your shop, you may have created test orders and test data. Before you go live, you can reset orders and inventory to start fresh.

How to find Reset

  1. Go to Account → Shop → Reset (URL: /webshop/reset)
  2. On this page you will have options to reset orders, stock and other data

Reset orders

  1. On the Account → Online Shop → Reset page, select Delete orders
  2. Confirm the action

Reset inventory

You can reset the inventory on all products. This can be relevant if you have tested with incorrect stock levels.

  1. Go to Account → Online Shop → Reset
  2. Select Reset stock
  3. All products' stock status is set to 0

Warning message

Resetting orders and stock is permanent and cannot be undone. Only use this feature before going live or if you are absolutely sure you want to delete all data. Consider making a backup first.

What is not affected?

  • Products, your products will not be deleted, only the stock count will be reset
  • Categories, your category breakdown will be preserved
  • Settings, all shop settings will be preserved
  • Theme, your theme is not affected
