Print PostNord parcel labels from Shoporama

You can create PostNord parcel labels directly from the Shoporama admin. The labels are downloaded as a PDF and the track & trace number is automatically attached to the order.

Prerequisite

You must have an EDI agreement with PostNord. Contact PostNord to set one up and send your production customer number to support@shoporama.dk.

Set up

The PostNord agreement itself is activated by the Shoporama team. Send an email to support@shoporama.dk with the following information:

  • Your PostNord production customer number
  • The PostNord country you have the agreement with (DK, SE, NO or FI)

We will set up the agreement for you. Once that's done, you can create parcel labels directly from the order page in your admin.

How to create a parcel label

  1. Go to Orders
  2. Select the order you want to send
  3. Click Send to PostNord
  4. Download the shipping label from the order page

Shoporama will automatically attach the track & trace number to the order and the customer will be notified with tracking information.

Frequently asked questions

Can I create the PostNord agreement myself in my admin?

No, you can't. The activation is part of Shoporama's operations, so we will set it up for you. Send your production customer number and country to support@shoporama.dk and it's usually ready within one business day.

Where do I find my production customer number?

It's on your EDI agreement from PostNord. If in doubt, contact PostNord's customer service. It is typically a number of 8 to 12 digits.

What does it cost to send via PostNord from Shoporama?

Price and products are agreed directly with PostNord. Shoporama does not charge an additional fee for label creation.

Can I create multiple labels at once?

Yes, you can. In the order list, you can select multiple orders and send them all to PostNord at once. Track & trace is attached to each order.

Will the customer be notified automatically?

Yes, the customer is notified automatically. When the label is created and the order is marked as sent, the customer will receive the standard shipping email with a track & trace link.

What do I do if the label fails?

Check that the recipient's address is valid (postcode, country, phone). If the error persists, write to support@shoporama.dk with the order number and we'll look into it.
