  • Your name and webshop
  • Description of the problem
  • Your callback phone number

Notes: This service is only for critical situations where your webshop is down or has serious problems. For regular support, please use our normal support channels.

Close your webshop

Guide to closing your Shoporama online store temporarily or permanently.

If you want to temporarily or permanently close your online store, you can put it into maintenance mode or cancel your subscription.

Temporary Closure (Maintenance)

To temporarily close your store without canceling your subscription:

  1. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of your admin panel
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Enable Maintenance Mode
  4. Click Save

In Maintenance Mode, visitors will see a message stating that the shop is temporarily closed. You still have full access to the admin panel.

Permanent Closure

Under Webshop → Close Webshop, you can either close the shop and delete all data via the red panel, or keep your data with a Storage subscription via the green panel. Storage costs 49 kr. per month and lets you reopen the shop at any time.

To close your store permanently, you must cancel your subscription. Before you do so, we recommend:

  1. Back up your data — export your data (products, orders, customers)
  2. Notify customers — let any waiting customers know
  3. End integrations — cancel any third-party subscriptions
  4. Cancel your subscription — under Webshop → Close Webshop

Note

Once your subscription is canceled, your store and all data will be deleted after a certain period. Be sure to back up everything you want to keep.
