See your revenue

The front page of your Shoporama admin shows your revenue for the most recent period. For more detailed revenue data, you can export orders.

View revenue on the front page

When you log in to admin, a revenue summary is displayed on the front page too:

  • Revenue today
  • Revenue this week
  • Revenue this month
  • Number of orders

Export detailed revenue

To get a detailed overview of revenue per product, category or period:

  1. Go to Orders
  2. Filter by the desired period
  3. Click Export to download a CSV file with all order data

Calculation of figures

Revenue figures are calculated from orders with the status "completed". Canceled and returned orders are not counted.

For more information on how the numbers are calculated, see how the numbers are calculated in the backend. Also see if the figures are with or without VAT.

Tip for advanced revenue analysis

For advanced revenue analysis, we recommend using Google Analytics with e-commerce tracking. It gives you deeper insights into customer behavior and conversions.
