Bundles (Bundles)

Learn how to create bundles in Shoporama so you can sell multiple products as one package with automatic inventory tracking.

Bundles allow you to combine multiple products into one package that the customer buys together. When a customer buys a bundle, Shoporama automatically handles the stock pull for all the included products.

To create a bundle

  1. Open the product that will be the bundle in the product editor
  2. Find the Bundles section
  3. Search for the products to include in the bundle
  4. Add the products and specify the quantity of each
  5. Save the product

The administration automatically shows the total value of all products in the bundle so you can set a bundle price that makes sense.

Display in the webshop

When a customer opens a bundle in the online shop, an overview of all the products included in the bundle is displayed with images, quantities and links to the individual products.

Order management

When a customer purchases a bundle, the included products are created as separate lines on the order. This means you can see exactly which items need to be packed and shipped. The stock level for each product in the bundle is updated automatically.

Inventory management

You can choose to have the stock status of the bundle automatically reflect the stock of the included products. When this option is active, the bundle will be shown as out of stock if even one of the included products is out of stock.

Tip: Enable this setting to avoid selling bundles where some of the content is out of stock.

Good to know

  • Bundles apply to the entire product - not specific variants
  • All included products are deducted from stock upon purchase
  • Bundles cannot be combined with subscriptions
