An online store is rarely the work of one person. You might have a warehouse worker, a bookkeeper, a marketing manager or a student assistant. With Shoporama, everyone can have their own user with individual rights.

Access control

Not everyone needs access to everything. You can control exactly which parts of the admin each user has access to. Give your warehouse employee access to orders and stock, while your bookkeeper only sees what is relevant to the accounts. This provides both security and overview.

Two-factor authentication

Security is important when multiple people have access to your webshop. Shoporama supports two-factor authentication (2FA), so you can require users to verify themselves with both a password and a code from their phone. This protects against unauthorized access.

Personalized settings

Each user has their own settings and preferences - including dark mode. So everyone can customize their work environment the way they prefer.

Easy user creation

You create new users directly in admin with an email address. The new user receives a login link and can get started immediately. Read our guide to creating users for a step-by-step walkthrough.

Who has done what?

With multiple users in the system, it's important to be able to see who has done what. Shoporama logs actions per user so you always have an overview of changes to orders, products and settings.
