The Uniconta integration is a free app in Shoporama that sends your orders to Uniconta as sales orders. The app identifies the customer as an existing account or creates a new one, and includes item lines, discounts, and shipping costs. You invoice the sales order in Uniconta when you’re ready. The app is installed under Integrations, Apps. API access may incur an additional fee in Uniconta, so check with your reseller.

Here’s what the app does
- Transfers the order once it has been paid, created, or shipped. You choose the option yourself, and each order is transferred only once.
- Finds or creates the customer based on a CVR number or email address, including address, phone number, CVR, and EAN.
- Sets tax codes. Prices for personal orders include tax; prices for business orders do not. Lines without tax, EU companies, and sales outside the EU each receive their own tax code.
- Selects payment terms based on the payment method: one for prepaid orders and one for orders on invoice or with an EAN number.
- Include discounts and shipping as separate line items, even when the order contains items with different VAT rates.
- Handles currency. If you sell in multiple countries, each with its own currency, orders in, for example, euros are imported with the currency and exchange rate.
- Transfers credit memos as sales orders with negative quantities once the original order has been transferred.
- Displays the order status with the label “uniconta-ok” and a note containing the sales order number. If there’s an error, the order is marked “uniconta-failed” with an explanation, and you can resubmit it with the label “uniconta-pending.”
- Uses few API calls. Uniconta includes 5,000 API calls per user per day in the subscription. The app uses 2 calls per order when the customer is known, and 3–4 for a new customer. Status changes on a transferred order use no calls.
The app doesn’t do this
- It creates sales orders, not invoices. You handle invoicing, payments, and reconciliation in Uniconta.
- It does not manage inventory or synchronize products.
- It does not update the sales order if you edit the order in Shoporama afterward.
- It does not select a VAT code for OSS sales. If you sell to private customers in other EU countries using their VAT rates, the order will include a note to verify the VAT code in Uniconta.
