Product overviews

The product overview is your daily tool for managing all products in your online store. From here you can search, filter, sort and bulk edit products - all from a single overview. You can find the product overview under Products in the menu.

Searching

At the top of the page you'll find a search box where you can search by product name, SKU (item number), GTIN and stock location. The search is instant when you press Enter or use the filter.

Filtering

Below the search box, you'll find a series of filter buttons that let you narrow down the product list to exactly what you need. You can combine multiple filters at once:

• Profiles - Filter by product profile (e.g. "Clothing", "Electronics" or other profiles you have created)
• Suppliers - Only show products from one or more specific suppliers
• Brands - Filter by one or more brands
• Categories - Show products from specific categories
• Labels - Filter by the labels you have applied to your products
• Discounted - Show only products with a discount price or only products without a discount price
• Images - Show only products with images or only products with missing images
• Online - Show only products that are online or only products that are offline
• Stock - Filter by stock status: only in stock or only out of stock
• ABC - Filter by ABC analysis (A = top 80% revenue, B = 80-95%, C = last 5%)

Each filter button shows a number indicating how many active filters are set. Click the button again to change or remove the filter. You can reset all filters with the reset button on the far left.

Saved filters (shortcuts)

If you often use the same combination of filters, you can save it as a shortcut. Click the + button in the filter bar to create a shortcut with the current filters. The shortcuts appear as buttons so you can quickly switch between different views.

Sorting

Click on a column header to sort the product list. Click again to switch between ascending and descending order. You can sort by:

• Name, SKU, GTIN, MPN
• Profile, Brand, Supplier, Main category
• Online status, Inventory, Number sold, Price
• Creation date, Product ID, Location, ABC class

Customize columns

You can customize which columns are shown in the product overview. Click Customize view in the bulk edit bar to select or deselect columns. The setting applies to all users on the online shop.

Available columns in addition to the default columns (name, online, stock, sold, price) are:

• Product ID, SKU, GTIN, MPN
• Profile, Brand, Supplier, Main category
• Location, Creation date, Internal note
• Number of returns, Number on wishlists
• Subscription price, Subscription interval, Binding period
• Purchase price, ABC class

Number of products per page

You can choose how many products are shown per page: 10, 25, 50, 100 or 250. The setting is remembered between visits. Use the page selector at the bottom to navigate between pages.

Mass editing

At the bottom of the page you will find the bulk edit bar. Select products with the checkbox next to each product (or use Cmd/Ctrl + A to select all) and then use the many bulk editing tools.

With the selected

The With Marked dropdown menu gives you quick actions:

• Add stock / Add stock items - Update inventory directly from the list
• Add to AI Assistant - Add products to the AI Assistant
• Export selected products - Download a CSV file with the selected products
• Set online / Set offline - Change the online status of multiple products
• Copy - Create a copy of the selected products
• Find and replace - Find and replace text in product data
• Reset address - Reset the URLs of the products
• Delete selected - Delete the selected products

Copy to other webshops

If you have multiple online stores, you can copy products between them via the Copy to button. You can choose to create categories, suppliers and brands automatically, and there is an option for automatic translation if the languages are different.

Categories and main category

The Categories button lets you add or remove categories from the selected products in bulk. The Main category button lets you set the main category for the selected products, which determines the product's primary URL.

Labels

Add or remove labels on multiple products with the Labels button. Labels are useful for organizing and filtering products internally.

Bulk editing of fields

Click Bulk edit to open a dialog where you can set the following fields on all selected products:

• Supplier, brand, manufacturer, security profile
• Allow negative stock status, delivery time
• noindex (for SEO), stock location
• Tariff code, tariff rate, country of origin
• Internal search, Google category, weight
• Purchase price, canonical, extra fields

Price changes

The Price changes button allows you to adjust prices on all selected products at once. You can:

• Set the sales price to a fixed value
• Adjust the sales price by an amount (e.g. +100 or -25)
• Multiply the sale price by a factor (e.g. 0.8 for 20% discount)
• Round the sale price up or down
• Similar functions for the offer price
• Remove offer price

Related and similar products

The Related and similar button allows you to make selected products related or similar to each other. This saves time compared to adding relationships one product at a time.

Perform, edit selected and table editing

At the bottom of the bulk edit bar you will find three important buttons:

• Execute - Runs the selected bulk edit action. You can also schedule the action for a later time via the dropdown menu
• Edit selected - Opens the selected products one at a time in the edit page so you can quickly review and edit them
• Table editing - Opens a spreadsheet-like interface where you can edit multiple fields on many products at once

Tips for efficient product management

• Use filters and saved shortcuts to save time in everyday life
• Use table editing for quick changes on many products
• Keep track of stock with the stock filter - quickly find out-of-stock products
• Use the ABC filter to prioritize your most important products
• Comply with the Omnibus directive for price changes
• Import products via CSV to create or update many products at once
