We’ve built a comprehensive suite of B2B features so you can run a dedicated reseller store or combine B2B and B2C in the same shop. In this post, you’ll get an overview of the new possibilities.

A store exclusively for your resellers

With the new B2B theme, you can make your store login-based. Guests are greeted by a login page, and only approved customers can view the product selection and prices. This is ideal when you want your prices to be visible only to resellers. Prices are displayed excluding VAT, as business customers expect, and a VAT toggle lets customers switch between prices excluding and including VAT with a single click.

Customer Groups with Their Own Prices

At the heart of B2B are customer groups. You divide your customers into groups—such as Reseller or Key Account—and assign each group its own prices. A logged-in customer automatically sees their own prices without you having to do anything manually.

  • General discount per group, for example, 15 percent for all dealers.
  • Fixed special prices per product that take precedence over the general discount.
  • Volume discounts with tiered pricing, where the unit price decreases the more the customer buys.
  • Brand access per group, so you can control exactly which brands a group can view and purchase.

For each customer group, you set a general discount, a minimum order value, and which brands the group is allowed to purchase—with the option to apply a discount per brand.

You set fixed prices and volume discounts directly on the product for each group. Here, you can create a multi-tiered volume discount structure so that larger orders are rewarded with a better unit price.

Company Accounts with Multiple Users

A business customer is rarely just one person. With company accounts, multiple employees can be associated with the same company, each with their own role. The company’s identity—including its CVR, EAN, and address—as well as prices are automatically inherited by members. And the company administrator can add colleagues, manage roles, and even log in as an employee to provide assistance, directly from the store.

Correct VAT for Sales to the EU

If you sell to businesses in other EU countries, VAT is automatically handled correctly. When the customer provides a valid VAT number, it is validated against the EU’s official VIES register, and the transaction is processed excluding VAT in accordance with the rules on reverse charge. VAT is only waived for a confirmed number, so you’ll never be liable for VAT on an invalid VAT number.

Quick Reorder

Business customers often reorder the same items. With quick ordering, customers can search for items by SKU, EAN, or name, add multiple items to the cart at once, upload a file with item codes and quantities, or reorder directly from a previous order. Each order confirmation can even include a reorder file, so the next purchase takes just seconds.
